We host regular product knowledge meetings with our vendors and maintain a 5-Star vendor rating system to encourage continual improvement on both our parts. We don’t “beat up” our vendors for the “best price,” we work together as partners to provide the “best value.”

From time to time we conduct brand tours with our clients. This is a great education for everybody and often produces some highly creative and actionable ideas.
