SwervePoint is Selected as One of the "Best Places to Work" Again

The Boston Business Journal announced its annual list of the region's best places to work and for the third consecutive year SwervePoint has made the grade. The honor recognizes the company’s success in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.

The results are based on employee surveys, which were conducted by Quantum Market Research. The survey asked employees a series of questions about work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. This year’s top ranking firms were chosen from the largest pool of nominees in the program’s history.
